This formula is designed to capture the natural pain relief benefits of B Vitamins, Alpha-Lipoic-Acid, and Magnesium to assist in the natural relief of neuropathy symptoms.

B Vitamins

B vitamins are known for their ability to support healthy nervous system function. Vitamins B-1, B-6, Folic Acid, and B-12 have been found to be especially beneficial for treating neuropathy. Vitamin B-1, also known as thiamine, helps to reduce pain and inflammation and vitamin B-6 preserves the covering on nerve endings. B-12 is also essential for proper neurological function and a B-12 deficiency can actually cause neuropathy.
Vitamin B-9 (Folate or folic acid as it is known in supplement form) improves mitochondria functions in nerve cells which have been shown to play a key role in nerve functioning.  Many recent studies are implicating poor functioning mitochondria with presentations of peripheral neuropathy and even with the associated neuropathy pain.
Benfotiamine is similar to thiamine (vitamin B1) but is absorbed by the body better than thiamine. The body changes benfotiamine to thiamine. Since the body absorbs benfotiamine better than thiamine, benfotiamine can increase how much thiamine is in the body. This may help prevent or treat certain symptoms or diseases caused by low thiamine levels.  People use benfotiamine for nerve damage caused by diabetes.

Alpha-Lipoic-Acid

Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant known for its ability to improve nerve function, relieve nerve dysfunction symptoms, and lower blood sugar levels. This antioxidant is both water- and fat-soluble. All areas of your body may absorb it. ALA is a potential natural method for relieving nerve pain that occurs due to diabetes. ALA potentially lowers blood glucose, which can protect from nerve damage.

Magnesium

Magnesium plays many crucial roles in the body, such as supporting muscle and nerve function and energy production. Low magnesium levels usually don't cause symptoms. However, chronically low levels can increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and osteoporosis.
